Taking Responsibility For Asthma Control

• We want to get your child's asthma on track - under control and symptom free.

• We want to work together with you and your child between the ages of 8 and 15 to learn new ways to better manage your child's asthma.

• Together, we aim to help improve the health of your child.

• Families who are eligible to participate in our program will receive periodic asthma-related checkups, asthma-learning materials, and up to $250 for travel.

Project On TRAC is supported by a grant

from the National Institutes of Health and is offered at no cost.
